Investigate markets with focused questions
Nero AI has tools for market data, scanner research, chart analysis, and supported web or social research. Ask for a particular market and timeframe so the answer addresses your question instead of producing a generic market summary.
Coin labels in supported replies can open the chart panel. Where a response includes a chart analysis, review its timeframe and the displayed levels against the current market. An analysis belongs to the context and time in which it was prepared.
Get help using your Neron workspace
Ask where a feature is, which screen contains a control, or how to complete a workflow. The product guide can explain the interface and the conditions under which a feature appears. This helps you understand the application while keeping the working screen available.
With the necessary account access and exchange connection, supported tools can inspect your bot settings, API readiness, open orders, positions, or trading history. The assistant can only use the data and tools available to your account.
Questions you can start with
“Compare BTC momentum on the 15-minute and 1-hour views. Which readings should I verify on the chart?”
“Check my bot API permissions and explain any setting that still needs attention.”
“Where do I find the order and position widgets in Neron Trader?”
Keep research and trading authorization distinct
Normal assistant chat and Trader autonomous trading are different workflows. A research conversation should not be treated as proof that an autonomous session is running. Read the controls, mode, permissions, and limits of the specific tool you are using.
Supported trading actions or settings changes can affect a real exchange account. Review proposals and any confirmation presented by the application. Do not share API secrets, passphrases, or verification codes in a chat message.
