Connect · Configure · Monitor

A crypto trading bot built around your exchange.

Connect a supported exchange, choose the strategy signals you want to follow, and configure the risk and position controls available for that connection. Neron can send real orders to your exchange account.

Sign-in, an eligible plan, and a supported exchange account are required for live trading.

How it works

Set up deliberately, then monitor the account

01

Connect your exchange

Create API credentials for the correct account and environment. Add a passphrase for OKX or Bitget, then review the connection check.

02

Choose signals and limits

Review your followed strategies, leverage, position limits, and the exit settings supported by your exchange.

03

Review positions and activity

Check open positions and orders in the application and at the exchange. Investigate rejected or uncertain results before taking another action.

Connect the account you intend to trade

Neron connects to Binance, Bybit, Bitget, and OKX through exchange API credentials. The connection and your account permissions determine which actions are available. OKX and Bitget also require the passphrase created with the API key.

Your assets stay in your exchange account. Create a dedicated key and enable only the permissions needed for the intended trading workflow. Withdrawal permission is not needed for placing and managing trades. Read the relevant exchange guide before saving credentials.

Set position and exit controls for your connection

The bot settings include leverage, position limits, and supported stop and take-profit controls. Some exchange connections also expose trailing-stop or staged-exit options. Available settings differ by exchange; a feature visible on one connection should not be assumed to exist on another.

In the strategy-following bot interface, Bybit uses the Take Profit exit mode; trailing-stop and staged-exit options are not exposed there. Review the settings shown for your own account rather than copying a configuration from another exchange.

Understand what automation is allowed to do

The strategy-following bot and the autonomous AI tools in Trader are separate workflows. Starting or configuring one does not mean the other is active. Check the selected product, strategy, account, and live or demo environment before enabling a workflow.

Exchange minimums, available balance, margin mode, credentials, and risk checks can prevent an order. A successful connection check confirms only the checks it reports; it is not a guarantee of a future fill. If an order result is unclear, inspect the exchange order and position state before retrying.

A few useful answers

Frequently asked questions

Does the bot trade real funds?

Yes. With a live exchange connection and an enabled trading workflow, Neron can submit real exchange orders. Confirm the account, environment, and limits before enabling it.

Which exchanges can I connect?

The strategy-following bot has connections for Binance, Bybit, Bitget, and OKX. Supported markets and controls vary with the exchange, account, region, and current application version.

Do all exchanges have the same exit settings?

No. For example, the strategy-following bot interface exposes Take Profit mode for Bybit and hides its trailing-stop and staged-exit options. Review the controls displayed for the connected exchange.

Will a connection check prove that trading will succeed?

No. The check can identify credentials and permissions it is able to inspect. Order placement also depends on the exchange, account state, balance, product limits, and the trading request.
